The facilitator writes fun nicknames on name tents and places them in front of attendees. Give the group three minutes to come up with a backstory for how they earned their nickname. After time is up, anyone who wants to can share their tale with the group.

At the end, the attendees can decide whether they want to keep their nicknames for the rest of the day or just for the meeting!
